Kenneth has over 30 years of experience in hospitality. 18 years (in California) with Hilton Hotels as Food and Beverage Director, as well as running restaurants and then his own restaurant in Boone, NC. 

Ken is a graduate of the University of Miami and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Ken has lectured at the National Bar & Restaurant Conventions in Las Vegas for over 7 years on social marketing and employee retention.

Taking on the reigns as Resort General Manager has been an easy transition from the areas he has managed throughout his career. 

Ken is the father of 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren.  Born in New York and raised in Miami like every good New Yorker should.
